HOW TO HIDE FILES ON COMPUTER?


 IF you want  to keep files  that you don't want to other people to find. it can be a gift list or some video list then hiding files is easy. following are the steps to hide folder on your windows PC.

to hide files in Windows is very simple:

  1. first of all Select the files or folders you want to hide
  2. now Right-click on that particular file or folder, then choose Properties.
  3. Click the General tab
  4. select or check mark  the checkbox next to Hidden in the Attributes section
  5. now Click on the Apply .
 the files that  you have selected are hidden away and nobody will  find them when they're searching through  your folders. When you need to find those files again, follow the below steps


  1. Select Start button from the bottom left corner of the computer(for windows 10), then select File Explorer.
  2. now find the upper right portion of the window.
  3. Select View tab.
  4. now select Hidden items check box to view hidden items.
